Our story started in Los Angeles in 1998 as an integrated Customer Contact Center that specializes in Multilingual Solutions. Our founders believed that a unique blend of Technology and Customer Service will ultimately achieve Excellent Consumer Management.

VXI Jamaica was established in 2017 and since then, our success continues to soar to new heights. Our team is now 1,000+ employees-strong across two sites in the Kingston and Portmore areas. But we do not stop there. We are continuously looking for new talent who will join our journey.
